“Thanksgiving Feast” a 3 day cooking class will teach young chefs how to cook and prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal, in addition to teaching the joy of service, as the entire meal will be donated and served.

Come play, create and cook at one of our innovative, engaging, educational and ridiculously FUN camps! Parents and kids rave about our camp experiences, and return week after week to see (literally) what we’ll be cooking up next!
Ever create something so delicious that everyone tells you “Hey! You should sell these!”? In this camp, student chefs will experiment, invent, package and sell their very own brand of granola bar or energy-packed healthy muffins. From concept to creation, they will learn how to make a delicious and marketable product. Camp will culminate in launching of our best granola bar or muffins being sold at our very own bakery shop!
In this introductory cooking camp, student chefs will learn the basics of California Cuisine: locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, prepared fresh. We will harvest ingredients from our organic garden, while learning how to chop, mix and measure as well as launch, staff, plan and host our own restaurant. Camp will culminate in an afternoon service, open to friends and family, at our very own “Farm to Table” restaurant.
